Dear Anyone,

So there's this guy that I work with and he's a very shy reserved guy. About a month ago we started talking at work and then texting outside of work. I am very attracted to him, but I don't know how he feels about me. He has said that he wants to hang out but never calls or asks me to do anything. We have so much in common and we talk at work all the time but I don't know what he wants, because I feel like he might be using me as an ego boost. How do I get the truth and how do I get him to ask me out?
