My family is really good friends with this boy I used to go to school with. They are all coming to my house to have a party for my dad's birthday. We've known each other for 9 years and he has made fun of me in the past. My parents keep telling me to be nice to him but I don't know if I should. He seems like he has gotten nicer but I really don't want to take a chance.
