Dear Anyone,

I'm starting high school in a couple of weeks. I know that I really have to focus on school and I'm looking forward to some structure (I'm weird like that). Anyway, I've liked this guy for almost a year now and I'm not sure that I really like him. I feel like it would be great to have a boyfriend, but I don't really want to put myself out there if I don't know if he likes or not and ruin my chances of getting a scholarship so I can go to college. I know that this sounds a little weird. Basically, I want to know if I should pursue the guy that I've invested a lot of time in this year - or change where I invest my time to ensure college...

Confused in the Heartland

Vote for Option A
A:  Wait and see if he likes you - maybe you can study together.
Vote for Option B
B:  If you've liked him for so long and he hasn't really done anything, forget about the guy and focus on school.
Vote for Option C
C:  Focus on the guy. Having a boyfriend in highschool is a rite of passage. You don't want to end up the brainy loser.
Vote for Option D
D:  Try to get in a summer fling. Then you can have some fun AND get your scholarship.
