Dear Anyone,

I like this girl that works at my local bank. She is a friend of friend's that I've recently been hanging out with. We all went to high school together. We've been talking every time we get a chance at the bank. She is very nice, but she never really seemed interested in me before, because I'm pretty shy guy and she really didn't know a lot about me before. But a couple weeks ago, I finally went to one of my buddy's parties, and she was there. I really had a good time hanging out with her, we even danced together a little bit. Ever since that party she's been much more open with me in conversation when I see her at the bank. My question is, when should I make a move on her, or should I just sit back and just be myself and maybe flirt with her, and see if she makes a move on me sometime? I really don't want to get rejected though, because I don't want anything to be weird between us when where around each other at friends' houses and stuff.

Vote for Option C
C:  Flirt with her. That will move the process forward in a less direct manner.
