Dear Anyone,
I am trying to figure out if I should give this relationship another chance. I was in a relationship with a guy for 2 1/2 months--keep in mind I am only 18 and he is 19. Things at first were going really well: fun, easygoing relationship, but then things turned serious. Talk about moving in, engagements, etc. were brought up. Caught up in the moment of being with the one that I said I loved, I thought these ideas were wonderful. After a few days reality hit me and I decided that wasn't what I was ready for. He also wanted kids at a young age as well as a young marriage. I thought I wasn't ready for all that type of stuff, so I ended the relationship. I had mentioned breaking up about three other times beforehand because of how different our outlooks on life were. He knows he wants a young family; I want to be financially stable first. So right now I realize that I love him tremendously, and I am waiting for him to decide if he wants to get back together with me. Is that smart? And do you believe in the saying, "If it's meant to be, it will be?"
If it's meant to be, will it be?
