Dear Anyone,
A co-worker at my workplace, I do what I can, just not to have an issue with her. I know it's been difficult for her as she's been inundated with work. If she makes an error, I just bring it to her attention via e-mail and do not cc management. I made an error today and it was brought up to my manager by her. My manager became angry and cc'd everyone in three departments about the policy - everyone could see it was clearly me who made the error! I haven't been as careful as I should be. trying to keep up with the daily quota - I'm in customer service. I promised myself before this happened that I would try to do better. I'm really angry about it. I feel like just not going back at all.
Any advice?
