Dear Anyone,

There's this guy who lives a few doors down from me and there is this tension every time we are outside. There is obviously a mutual attraction. I've always been standoffish due to having been in a relationship and he had someone I think as well. So now after a year of not talking to the guy how do I break the ice? He's giving hints he's interested: always nodding and smiling but I think he's scared to get rejected since I've never given him the time of day.
