Dear Anyone,

I was just transferred to a different department and my manager does not have a back bone. One of my co-workers is very rude and mean. Another one I thought was a good friend is trying to back-stab me. I really like my job and I want to advance but I feel I cannot trust anyone. Help! I want to know what to do in this environment. Both of these co-workers are really good friends with my new supervisor... I really want to make my job work.
