Dear Anyone,

There’s a teacher at school that seems to be picking on me. She often calls on me to answer questions in class, then makes dumb comments if I get the wrong answer, like, “Maybe you should hit the books a bit more.” If I get the answer right, she doesn’t say anything positive like with the other kids. I don’t know what I’ve done to make my teacher hate me so much. The more she picks on me, the more I skip out on her class by going to the nurse’s office and making up other excuses. I think this just makes her hate me more. If she were another student, I would say she’s bullying me, but I don’t know what to do about a teacher. Does anyone have any ideas?

WHAT'S YOUR ADVICE?

Vote for Option A
A:  Go straight to the top – the principal. If the principal can’t address the issue, no one can.
Vote for Option B
B:  Talk to your parents, and make sure they go to the next parent-teacher meeting to straighten things out.
Vote for Option C
C:  Talk to the teacher yourself. Stay late after school, visit your teacher and tell the her how you feel. You never know, she might change.
Vote for Option D
D:  Secretly tape record your interactions with the teacher, and then use the evidence to try and get the teacher fired.
