Dear Anyone,
I'm 19 years old and I have this best guy friend. Well I spent the night at his house and there was some cuddling and rubbing but no kissing or sex. The next day he broke up with his girlfriend who lives in another city. He told his friends who are also my friends that he really likes me. But he thinks that I'm in denial of liking him because I keep telling him that I just want to be friends.
Now he has a girlfriend, they have been going out for a month. He has cheated on girls in the past and he tells me he wants to keep going out with this girl and that he has learned from his mistakes. Me and my guy friend can talk about almost everything. One night I couldn't go to sleep from too much caffeine and I was feeling kinda sick. He came and picked me up and we got something to eat and then talked for a couple of hours. Then we went back to his place and slept in the same bed together (no sex). I asked if it was okay if I spent the night, because he has a girlfriend now, and he said it was okay because she knows that me and him are just friends. So he got up and went to work. Well I finally went to sleep and when he came back from work instead of kicking me out he came and laid in bed with me for 5 hours while we both slept. Then we had dinner with some friends and then we ended up staying up late talking..and he has a walk to his apartment so he crashed in my bed. He put his arm around me when we were sleeping--I didn't say anything--but when my roommate got out of her bed he removed his hand from around me and then later did he put it back. When I tossed in bed he would pick up his arm and let me get comfortable and then put his arm back.
One night I got drunk and I started to throw up out of a car. My friends in the back asked if I needed anything and I said all I wanted was for someone to rub my back. He was driving, but when ever we stopped the car he would rub my back and when I opened the door to throw up he would grab my shirt to make sure I didn't fall out. Now we are in two different states for winter break and we hadn't talked for 2 weeks. Then he called me in the middle of the night and we talked for 3 hours! He said he misses me and can't wait to go see movies and eat dinner with me and that he loves to talk to me. He answers my texts promptly and always ask questions about me. I want to like him, but I can't find him physically attractive, and I just don't think I could date him.
What should I do?
